Greywolf Partners, Inc. continues to grow and expand its operations by adding another member to the team. The full service commercial real estate company is pleased to announce Albertina Harris has joined in the newly created role of Director of Hospitality. She will be based out of the company’s Cottage Grove office.

We are happy that we have Albertina to help assist with our current hospitality clients, as well as be poised to grow in the future.”
In the newly created role, Harris will provide senior-level leadership support to the management team for Comfort Suites Cottage Grove, an 82-room hotel and BB Jack’s Cottage Grove, a restaurant/bar that also features an arcade area. Additionally, she will be assisting with the analysis of any future projects, as well as helping with an overall guest experience program to be utilized for all properties.
Prior to joining Greywolf Partners, Harris was working as a Regional Director of Operations, where she was the primary contact for 16 different hotels. Prior to that she had been in other leadership level roles, ranging from general manager, director of operations, food & beverage manager to regional manager of various hotel Brands.
“I’m excited to forge this new role with the Greywolf Partners’ team,” said Harris. “I believe my experience coupled with the overall experience and knowledge of the industry will allow us to really solidify this service offering for the company. It will also benefit the various owners and investors in the hospitality products we currently offer and service.”
Harris has received numerous leadership and training certifications through various hotel brands including Marriott International, Hilton and IHG.
