
With more than 17 years working in hospitality, Albertina has extensive experience in managing and working in all aspects of both hotels and restaurants. This includes guest relations, sales, marketing, budgeting, event management, food and beverage/catering and maintenance. She is skilled at balancing and coordinating the day-to-day operations while actively being involved in local community activities. Albertina also puts a strong focus on associate satisfaction, labor management, recruiting and training and mentorship.
Throughout her career, she has worked for a variety of hotel operators, including most recently, working as a Regional Director of Operations, where she was the primary contact for 16 different hotels. Albertina began her career in restaurant operations, and due to her success, quickly was able to advance her career to more senior level leadership positions. She is able to use her experience to represent and inspire others to capture the vision of a company’s blueprint and then bring that to fruition.
Harris has received numerous leadership and training certifications through various hotel chains including Marriott International, Hilton, IHG and Choice Brands.
Other: When she’s not working, Albertina enjoys sports, music, theater, dining out and traveling. She also likes to spend time mentoring others in the hospitality field.
