Commercial Real Estate Broker/Advisor
Position Details
• Build, maintain and nurture client relationships.
• Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate strategies.
• Generates and develops new business to meet their sales goals.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Research various commercial real estate market areas and local industry trends.
• Market property listings to tenants and buyers.
• Prepares and presents sales proposals, broker opinions of value and market comparable reports.
• Participates in business/trade events that impact business unit, both during and outside of standard business hours.
• Participates in regular team strategic sales & training meetings.

Position Details
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, 2 years residential property maintenance experience, valid driver’s license and state mandated level of automobile insurance.

Commercial Maintenance Technician - Milwaukee, WI
Greywolf Partners, a growing property management firm is seeking an outgoing full-time maintenance technician to join our team. Flexible hours will be weekdays from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with rotating on-call. Greywolf Partners provides a generous wage and benefits package, plus an outstanding working environment.
Position Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide service and maintenance for all common amenities.
- Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner, detailing actions taken.
- Remains available for off-hour emergency call-ins (such as fire alarms, snow storms, floods, power failure, etc.) as required.
- Performs repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspection of community grounds each morning.
- Knowledge of skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, lighting, & appliance repairs).
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible and able to shift priorities if needed.
- 2 years maintenance experience.
- Physical requirements include being able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on roofs, stoop, kneel, and bend as well as have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must have strong communication and people management skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of individuals and personalities (team members, residents, vendors, etc.); sometimes must maintain professionalism and respect while dealing with difficult situations
