Marilyn Herzberg

President

Having spent most of her early career in commercial real estate in the Twin Cities markets, Marilyn’s return to her home state of Wisconsin in 2005 allowed her to leverage the experience she gained in Minnesota and bring a level of professionalism and expertise that garnered her the position as President of Greywolf Partners, Inc. in 2017.

“I am so fortunate to work in so many aspects of real estate. I have worked in property management, construction, development, and brokerage. And now I have the opportunity to share my knowledge as we continually expand our footprint here at Greywolf.” A well-known mentor in the industry, Marilyn has participated in formal mentor programs with NAIOP, been a speaker at events and industry programs as well as informal networking with students and newer professionals in the industry. She is passionate about helping to develop the next generation of leaders in the real estate industry.
