Greywolf Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, completed construction of a new industrial facility in Madison, Wisconsin in November, and leased the entire building in at the end of 2022. Steve Turner, a senior advisor with Greywolf Brokerage, a division of Greywolf Partners, represented the landlord in the leasing negotiations of the full, new industrial building.
Greywolf is proud to welcome Uniek, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and supplier of home décor products, as the new tenant. The 122,038 square foot building. is located at 6305 Ronald Reagan Avenue, in the Center for Industry and Commerce business park. The property has quick and convenient access to the Interstate 39/90 exchange, as well as to the greater Madison area.

This state-of-the-art building features 32’ ceiling height, 50’x 50’ column spacing, 20 exterior loading docks, four at-grade drive-in doors, LED lighting throughout the building, and an ESFR fire protection system.
The speculative building, developed by Greywolf Partners, broke ground last fall and was constructed by Corporate Contractors, Inc., headquartered in Beloit, Wisconsin. JSD Professional Services provided civil and landscaping engineering for the project, while JAKnetter Architects provided architectural services.
