Greywolf Partners Continues to Grow by Adding New Team Members

Greywolf Partners, Inc. continues to strategically add new members to its team. The full service commercial real estate company is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members, which include Beth Hrdlick, Tenant Coordinator; Diego Castro, Accountant; and Sandy Shambeau, leasing agent for the management assignment at The District West Bend.

The addition of these new team members brings Greywolf Partners to over 54 employees, and a growth of 10 new employees so far this year.

“We continue to experience growth in different facets of our business,” said Marilyn Herzberg, President of Greywolf Partners, Inc. “In order for us to continue to provide the enhanced level of service we want our clients to have, we’ve added more people. We’re happy to find experienced team members like Sandy, Diego and Beth to join our team.”

Hrdlick steps into the role of tenant/project coordinator where she works with the property managers as well as other team members. Her previous experience as an office administrator for a law firm with a focus on real estate, and her attention to detail is an asset for the team as she works on various projects. A graduate of UW-Milwaukee, she received her paralegal certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College. “I’m thrilled to re-enter the real estate industry,” said Hrdlick. “And, I am excited for the opportunities I have here at Greywolf Partners.”

Castro, is working as an accountant where he focuses his efforts on the accounting duties for various properties. Prior to joining Greywolf Partners, Castro was working in customer service while obtaining his degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Now, he is also pursuing further education online with UW-Whitewater while working, putting his knowledge to work. “I’m excited to start my journey here,” said Castro. “I’m already learning countless things!”

Shambeau has joined the team as a leasing agent for The District West Bend, a property that Greywolf Partners has been hired to manage and lease. The multifamily property is currently under construction. Shambeau’s 20 years of customer service experience as both a medical assistant and front office coordinator, will be an asset for the team in handling the various questions and process to help residents when they lease one of the apartments. “I’m very excited to join the Greywolf team serving as a Leasing Agent,” said Shambeau. “My customer service skills and abilities are a great match for helping people find their new home.” Additionally, she is also involved in the community of West Bend, where she is a volunteer for a variety of organizations including the West Bend Friends of Parks, The West Bend Historic Theatre, West Bend Chamber of Commerce, Historic Barton Business Association and West Bend Downtown Association.
