This network will act as a license holding company for real estate licensees, who either are no longer active in real estate or for those newly licensed but do not plan on practicing real estate.
For both types of individuals, participation in the Greywolf & Badger Referral Network allows them to earn income through referrals to active brokers and agents. Participants can share referrals to the active members of the team, and upon transaction closing, the referring agent obtains a referral fee payment.
“The Greywolf & Badger Referral Network is a benefit for those who are no longer active in real estate, but also for those who have obtained their real estate licensee, and don’t want to have to handle the daily responsibilities of an active agent,” said Kyle Broom, owner of Badger Realty Team. “The partnership between Greywolf Partners and Badger Realty Team really helps those in the referral network. Once you have joined the network, you are able to share a referral by an intake team, and they will ensure that your family member, friend, past client, acquaintance – whoever that person is, works with an experienced, active real estate agent who will help them with their real estate needs, whether that is buying or selling a property.”
Those in the Greywolf & Badger Referral Network must hold a current, valid State of Wisconsin real estate license. It is not required to have been affiliated with Greywolf Partners or Badger Realty Team previously. Once a transaction has been completed, the referral agent will receive payment for referring that client, whether that was for someone purchasing or selling a property.
