Greywolf Partners, Inc. continues to grow and strengthen their team by adding another new member. The full service commercial real estate company is pleased to announce the addition of Bailey Copeland to the team as Vice President of Development. She will be based out of the company’s Milwaukee office.

We’re happy to add yet another experienced team member to our growing team.”
Copeland steps into the role of Vice President of Development, where she will oversee a variety of different projects for the company including the completion of Greywolf Industrial II, a 122,038 square foot speculative industrial facility in Madison located near the Interstate 39/90 interchange. Additionally, she will also work on the continued retail development at the Shoppes of Miller Park Way, located at 2080-2172 Miller Park Way, just down the road from American Family Field in Milwaukee.
Prior to joining Greywolf Partners, Copeland worked at another locally owned real estate services company for the past 16 plus years where she had multiple roles, including leading their development services.
“I’m excited to join the Greywolf Partners’ team,” said Copeland. “I’m looking forward to partnering with the team members across all of our various service lines to help provide value-added resources to our clients.”
Copeland is currently President-Elect for NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Association), as well as Past President of REACH (Real Estate Alliance for Charity). Other industry organizations she is currently a member of include: NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Association), REACH (Real Estate Alliance for Charity), Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), National Association of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
A graduate of UW-Whitewater, Copeland received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Science degree in Marketing and Geography. Additionally, she has also received her Paralegal Certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
