Both the seller and the buyer are local residents. The station sits on over three acres and is well-established along State Highway 51. It features 4/6/8 fueling dispensers and a 2,300 SF convenience store.
The property sees consistent monthly fuel sales of both gasoline and diesel and was sold “As Is”. Other highlights from the property include the ability to sell lottery tickets, tobacco products, and liquor from the convenience store.
