Greywolf Partners, Inc. continues to strengthen their team by adding another new member. The full service commercial real estate company is pleased to announce the addition of Sara Drew to the team as Property Manager. She will be dedicated to the leasing and management of The District West Bend, which is currently under construction.
“We are excited that Sara will lead the leasing and management of The District West Bend,” said Susan Ipsarides, Vice President of Multifamily for Greywolf Partners, Inc. “Her knowledge of the West Bend area, as well as her experience in property management, will help the team to successfully lease and operate this property.”
Prior to joining Greywolf Partners, Drew worked at as an Assistant Real Estate Manager where she helped manage a 129-unit luxury multifamily apartment complex, along with retail space in West Bend, Wisconsin. During her time there she managed a year and a half long construction project within the apartment complex involving approximately 70 occupied units, and maintained a high occupancy during this timeframe, minimizing any vacancy loss.

As a graduate of UWM at Washington County, she received her Associates of Arts and Sciences degree. Additionally, Drew is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) through IREM.
