Park Vista Waupaca

Park Vista Waupaca Senior Housing is less than two hours from major cities and sits in a secluded part of town with beautiful walking paths and park benches. The property opened in March 2003. The campus provides a wide range of living accommodations exclusively for seniors. Including two-bedroom villas and one and two-bedroom apartments for those who are completely independent and one and two-bedroom apartments as well as studio apartments for those who need support services. At our Waupaca campus, there are a total of 94 apartments: 52 for Assisted Living and 36 Independent Living as well as 6 Independent Living Villas. The Waupaca campus also offers our residents peace, tranquility, and all of the freedom, independence, and opportunity that they desire.
