Steve Turner, a senior advisor with Greywolf Brokerage represented the seller in this transaction.
The portfolio included a gas station at 516 Ash Street in Baraboo. The convenience store averages roughly $46,000 in revenue each month, while the gas station sells approximately 14,000 gallons per month. In Reedsburg, the gas station located at 306 E Main Street, averages 14,000 gallons of gas per month while the convenience store averages $34,000 per month. The last property in the portfolio, is located at 123 S Washington Street in Wyocena. This property averages $47,000 in convenience store revenue and 37,000 gallons of gas per month.
