Greywolf Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, represented the seller in the recent sale of a retail bank property in Weyauwega, Wisconsin, for $975,000. Jim Bunjovac, a senior advisor with Greywolf Partners represented the seller in this transaction.

The 5,925 square foot property, located at 110 W. Main Street, is close to Highway 10, a major highway in the area. Additionally, the property has ample surface parking available for customers, as well as offering drive-thru windows.
