Sale of 2221 Calumet Dr in New Holstein   Sale of Yellowstone Dr in Madison  Lease of space at 717 John Nolen Dr in Madison

Steve Turner, a senior advisor with Greywolf Brokerage, LLC, a division of Greywolf Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, completed three recent transactions. These were a combination of two sales transactions and one lease. Turner represented the seller in both sale transactions and the tenant in the lease transaction.

The first of the two sales was the sale of the office building located at 426 Yellowstone Drive in Madison. The 19,520 square foot property was sold for $2.45 million, just over the original asking price. The property is located near various amenities, has ample parking and is easily set up for either a single or multi-tenant user.

The second sale was for the warehouse located at 2221 Calumet Drive in New Holstein. Situated on six acres of land, the 122,500 square foot building is fully leased and also includes easy access to the highway. It also includes 10 loading docks with five drive-in doors and 20-foot clear heights. The property sold for $3.75 million.

The lease transaction was a 7,688 square foot lease at 717 John Nolan Drive in Madison. The tenant, Evident Change, is a nonprofit that uses data and research to improve social systems, will take occupancy of the space in February and is slated for a term of 10 years.
