Warehouse Purchase at 1715 E Main StGreywolf Brokerage, LLC, a division of Greywolf Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, represented J-Dog Junk Removal & Hauling in the successful purchase of a warehouse in Little Chute, Wisconsin. Jim Bunjovac, a senior advisor with Greywolf Brokerage, represented the buyer in this transaction.

The 11,544 square foot former garden center will become a new location for J-Dog Junk Removal, specializing in junk removal and hauling for the home and commercial service industry. Located at 1715 E. Main Street in the heart of Little Chute, the property also has easy access to Interstate 41.
