The Vantage IV office building in Madison has been sold to a new owner for $1.5 million. Greywolf Brokerage, LLC, a division of Greywolf Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, assisted the seller in the sale. Steve Turner, a senior advisor with Greywolf Brokerage, represented the seller in this transaction.
The two-story, 18,653 square foot multi-tenant office building is located at 2802 Coho Street. Conveniently located just off the Beltline Highway in Madison, the property is near the connecting interchange of 90/94/39, connecting the area to Milwaukee, Chicago, Wisconsin Dells and the rest of Madison. The property is located near a variety of amenities including restaurants, clinics, hotels and shopping areas.
