NAI Greywolf, a full services commercial real estate company with headquarters in Milwaukee, announced that Anthony Stevens has joined as a senior advisor. He will be responsible for business development and brokerage activities in Southeastern Wisconsin, including both sale and lease efforts, with a focus on industrial, office and investment services. Stevens will operate out of the Milwaukee office.
“Tony is a great addition to our growing brokerage team,” said Wally Sauthoff, Managing Director of Brokerage at NAI Greywolf. “He brings a significant level of expertise across a variety of product types to our company. We are looking forward to working with him and learning from his experiences.”
Prior to joining NAI Greywolf, Stevens worked for a couple of other local real estate companies. He began his real estate career as an investment property specialist, and is now viewed as an expert, due to his experiences, in the industrial, office, retail, land, multifamily housing and medical sectors.
“I’m excited to join the team,” said Stevens. “I’m happy to be joining a team that hold the same values I do, in putting our clients’ first. It’s an important value and one I’m glad is a focus of NAI Greywolf.”
Stevens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He is also a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin and former Board Director for Journal Communications.
