Greywolf Brokerage, division of Greywolf Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company, with headquarters in Milwaukee, executive offices in Cottage Grove and a branch office in Appleton, is pleased to announce that Tony Hudzinski has joined as a senior advisor. He will be responsible for business development and brokerage activities in Southeastern Wisconsin, including both sale and lease efforts, with a focus on investment services. Hudzinski will operate out of the Cottage Grove office.
“The addition of Tony to the team only strengthens our presence in the great Madison area,” said Wally Sauthoff, Managing Director of Brokerage at Greywolf Brokerage LLC. “He brings experience in the investment area, which we are looking forward to collaborating with him on.”
Prior to joining Greywolf Brokerage, Hudzinski worked as a superintendent overseeing managers at multiple golf courses, as well as owning a bio tech company. He was interested in real estate and began investing in property more than 12 years ago. That then followed with him obtaining his real estate license and working in residential real estate.
“I’m excited to join a team of professionals focused on commercial real estate sales and leasing,” said Hudzinski. “I’m looking forward to using my investment and property management skills to work for our clients.”
Hudzinski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science/Turf Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
