Blake joined NAI Greywolf as an Associate Advisor in 2022. While he focuses on both lease and sale transactions for all property types, he is most passionate about retail and investment properties.
Before working in commercial real estate, Blake worked as a pressure vessel welder. He even started his own welding company which gives him an intimate insight into small business operations. Also, he has served as a laborer on various farms within Jefferson and Waukesha County. Through his work experiences, he gained a passion for a hard days’ work. It is that passion, ambition and drive that he brings to commercial real estate. Known by many for his work ethic and passion for prospecting, he provides unparalleled sweat equity to any team.
A graduate of Waukesha County Technical College, Blake holds a degree in metal fabrication.

Other: When Blake is out of the office, he enjoys being outdoors hiking and hunting. He also loves to travel, with some of his favorite places having been to are Aruba, Ireland and Maine.
